GAME ADDICT - pre-order POLICY
Game Addict provides a pre-order service for a variety of sealed products.
In order to ensure we can continue to offer a pre-order service we do enforce a few conditions of sale when placing a pre-order purchase on Game Addict.
- Bundled shopping cart. If your Game Addict orders included both std stock items and a pre-order item/s, Game Addict will hold the entire order until the pre-order item's release date before booking it for delivery.
- All pre-order items are clearly marked and will be shipped as soon as Game Addict is issued the stock from Warehouse.
- Release dates are an estimate only. It delays occur, they are not because of Game Addict processing delays. The delay has occurred from manufacturers and is beyond our control.

CANCELLING A PRE-ORDER
- We offer a 5 day grace free period if you change your mind. You will be eligible for full refund should you choose to cancel your pre-order within this time frame.
- Requests to cancel pre-orders post the 5 day period will result in a 10% cancellation fee. This will be deducted from the total item value.
