GAME ADDICT - RETURNS


Game Addict offers the option to refund the order provided you meet our return conditions and the statutory rights and guidelines set out by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission. (Accc)

If all requirements are conditions are met, Game Addict will process your refund and notify you via email once complete. 

Does Game Addict accept Change of Mind returns?


Game Addict will accept change of mind orders subject to the following:
 - The returned item/s must be sealed and in brand new (sealed, unused and re-sellable) condition.

- a proof of purchase must be provided 

- return postage and initial postage will be covered by the buyer. 

- The item was not a clearance item


Items can be returned in person or by post. Our return postal address is 

Game Addict, PO BOX 340, Sanctuary Cove, QLD 4212

A tracking number must be provided ASAP. 


Once the item/s has been received, inspected and accepted as new un damaged product we will provide the refund. 


Any returns deemed non-complaint with the above conditions will consequently not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be held at our warehouse until such time as the customer returns to collect their product or pays to have the product re-shipped.


If return postage is not paid by the customer within 14 days of the customer being notified of their return inspection outcome, the product will be considered abandoned and we will dispose of it.


Note that online refunds are provided for the product only and do not include reimbursement for any shipping already paid.


How will the refund be processed?


Paypal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from. 

Credit Card: Your refund will be credited into the bank account used in your initial purchase.  Please allow a few business days to clear the funds back into your account. 


Faulty Item? 


Game Addict strives to ship all orders in a safe manner. Couriers used by Game Addict are third party contractors and damages do sometimes occur. 


These damages are typically out of our direct control. If you receive a damaged or faulty product please contact our sales service team within 48 hours days of receiving the product. 


We may log a case for you and work through the process to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 


Photographic evidence of the damage is very important. Please keep these on file until requested. 


Return requests after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Afterpay Cancellation, exchanges or refunds.

 Due to the fess attached to afterpay purchases, game addict will deduct 5% from the purchase price to cover all associated fees associated with afterpay.
