PSA COVID-19 Policy Statement

APRIL 15, 2020 UPDATE

Dear PSA Customers,First of all, I hope this message finds you and your family healthy and safe during this unprecedented time.

The COVID-19 pandemic has presented challenges for all of us as we continue to try and slow the spread.Second, as it pertains to business,

I want you to know that PSA appreciates your continued support. You each represent a vital part of the hobby and we thank you for your loyalty and patronage. As we previously reported, the company ceased authentication and grading operations in our California and New Jersey offices on March 20, 2020.Following today’s corporate announcement, PSA is slowly reopening its California operation, bringing back a limited crew of employees, effective immediately. That said, safety is our top priority.

We have implemented a number of health and safety measures, including changing the configuration of our workstations and limiting the number of employees that may be onsite at any time in order to maintain social distancing. We are also regularly sanitizing our offices and adopting other health and safety protocols.

During this time, while you may see some order movement, please be patient as we are still not back to full capacity and therefore service levels remain limited. Please note that we are able to accept orders at Economy service and higher, but are not able to currently accept Bulk orders.

PSA autograph and memorabilia authentication services are accepting orders in California only.

PSA’s New Jersey office remains closed. We know things are slow for everybody right now, but we will survive this pandemic and hopefully be back to full capacity soon.

This is a small step in the right direction towards that goal.Be safe,Steve SloanPresident

MARCH 21, 2020 UPDATE

MARCH 21, 2020 UPDATE

Pursuant to Executive Orders issued by the respective governors of California and New Jersey, PSA’s California and New Jersey offices will both be closed until further notice.Customers are asked not to ship any submissions to either office location until operations are reopened. It is evident to all that we are now in uncharted territory with the COVID-19 global pandemic.

For now, the larger public good mandates these closures. We will share our reopen dates once those are established.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, and please stay healthy.

 Sincerely,

Joe OrlandoSteve SloanCEO, Collectors UniversePresident, PSA
